However, the app did not appear on our television in our room so we called downstairs and they said they would transfer us to the diner so we could order over the phone. I always look forward to getting something in my room and this time around the room service was eliminated and you had to go on an app on the TV to place an order on a very limited menu down to the diner. You can’t really have a luxury casino hotel without room service. My one criticism is - please bring back room service for those other than VIP. We were also happy to see the 24/7 Diner better staffed. The steak restaurant Cellaio was terrific as always. Our room on the 19th floor was gigantic with nice views. This is a very nice place not too far from home, so my husband and I like to go for a quick getaway.
